I can't stress enough how bad this company is. First our quote was 3,800 and ended up being over 10,000. Even though we did a virtual walk through and took furniture off.
The communication between people is non existent and no one answers calls. They were supposed to pickup the furniture on Feb 26 and showed up the 27th and did not bother to tell me, i had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on even though i was told i would get a call two days before about the appointment time. Then i was told different delivery date possiblities by multiple people. After almost two weeks of waiting i called because no one had called me with an update only to find out the driver had not even left New York yet. Every time we receive a call the price just keeps on increasing.
A day before our delivery the driver calls up and informs us we'll owe another 1100 because they can't get the truck down our block and they'd need to shuttle from one truck to another or a second option being they put it on a uhaul that we would have to pay for and we could pick it up ourselves then bring into the home even though part of the price was they bring it inside and put the furniture where you want. Of course we're told this after business hours on a Saturday and the offices won't be open until Monday. We paid for staging and set up in the new house. They were told weeks ahead of time of our new address being on a roundabout and had all this time to figure out if their truck could fit and only called us the day before. We should not pay an extra 1,100 because they were too stupid to realize a 75ft trailer could not fit down a roundabout.
I find it interesting that they reach out to all the other bad reviewers and ask them to remove the bad reviews and they'll help but never do. Do yourself a favor and find any other company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB on this one.
