This appears to be a hopeless bank to me. I thought it was a credit card when I subscribed. I added my account for direct debit in case I need to pay for money spent on the card. To my surprise, 50000 was deposited into my account about two weeks ago. I have been trying to contact them on the phone for weeks, but they do not pick up their calls. Yesterday, I was sent an email saying there was complimentary insurance for one month, after which it will continue unless you cancel it. I tried to send them chat using their bot. i was referred instead to sending an email for cancellation, which I have done. Hopefully, they reply. But something seriously feels off about this bank and their products. I sincerely want to return their money and cancel this contract. They have quickly sent me an invoice of 1400 kr to be paid in the next 4 days. When did I choose this option? How long will this be for? Is this some joke????
