I would like to write this review about an employee at Northmill Bank who was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I had a call with him today morning (25/05/2023) and his name is Tom. The bank should be proud of him and reward him. I'm really pleased and relieved.As for the small loan I'm intending to get from this bank as a new customer, I'll have to leave another review in the future after I gain insight and see if everything goes as smoothly as it sounds.So far so good with the customer service. Let's see :)
