After reading other clients experiencing the same as me: "Warning - almost impossible on savings account withdrawals".I also STRONGLY advise against saving money with Northmill as it is EXTREMELY complicated to do the withdrawals and gets worse with each request.When you request a withdrawal, you receive a SMS that requires you to call them to "complete" the withdrawal. Like what??? this is my money, why are they holding it??The call they request is unnecessary, compare to all other banks that do not require them. To avoid call costs, you instead ask the bank to call via their website, like are you kidding me??I will withdraw all the money I have there and right now I'm cancelling the monthly direct debit. I sent them an email so hopefully they will give me my money back.Clarabaade
