This is a scam bank!Someone took $1,240 from my account through an ACH transaction — I’m a victim of fraud. Instead of helping me, the bank closed my account, and I still haven’t received my remaining $300 balance.I opened this account about a year ago but rarely used it because they have no physical branches and no phone number for customer support. When I finally decided to link Walmart and eBay business next week this is what happened with me I lost 1240 by ACH. I immediately emailed them to report the scam, but instead of assisting me, they shut down my account without any explanation.Now I have no idea which payments were received or returned.Please be careful — do not use this bank! It’s a complete scam.
