The delivery was quite slow, possibly due to the Christmas season. However, the customer service was very prompt and supportive. I purchased this for added support and cushioning for my sore back while sleeping on different beds. I've only tried it once so far, and it felt a bit too stiff (even after letting some air out), so I'll need to adjust the fill level for more softness. The built-in pillow doesn't seem to work well for my neck, but I might try positioning that end towards my feet. I placed the pad under a sheet, but I still noticed the rustling and cold. Figuring out how to use the foot pump took a minute, but it filled up quickly afterward.
