Awesome! I had an issue with my Nilfisk pressure washer, and after having a not great experience with my local Nilfisk agent, contacted Northwest for some advice and potentially buying more parts, spoke with James I think and his Mum they were super and gave me advice and pointed me in the right direction. So good to be able to speak with a person on the end of the phone and get technical help. When I come to repair or replace my current model I will only be shopping with them.
