Terrible experience from the moment I collected ford kuga. They couldn’t find 2nd key. When I got home 1st key wouldn’t work and I couldn’t lock car! On label stated do not press buttons? Car was already open so we didn’t notice anything.unusually car was pretty full with petrol. Probably so wee would not have to fill up. Paid locksmith £140 for new key do we could lock car! They refused to reimburse me any money and I already sent them invoice. Still nothing and still awaiting 2nd key. After I took it for service after a couple of days. Oil leak from engine was flagged. Paid for diagnostic report which states major job required to repair seal by removing gearbox to get to engine. No garage wants to touch this car as it is major job and requires specialist. I informed dealership but still nothing reply. I have reported to finance company and I am rejecting car. The broker Sam from Zuto has been very helpful but has been ignored by them too. Very stressful. Travelled lo g way to collect car and we are pensioners!!
