I purchased a Ford Kuga from this company in November 2025. Within the first week, the car broke down.Breakdowns can happen, but the real issue was the aftercare. Phone calls were not returned, recovery and repair collections were booked and then no one turned up, and I was repeatedly given information that turned out not to be true. Communication was poor throughout, and I constantly had to chase for updates.Due to the ongoing issues and lack of support, I was left with no option but to reject the vehicle. Even after rejecting it, I then had to chase for my deposit to be returned, which only added to the frustration.This has been, without question, the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before dealing with this company.
