Door ordered from this company fitted looks fab, but does not stay closed?? Reported fault to Sales Manager in writing next day. Heard nothing from him 1week later. Went into office spoke to receptionist 2 working days after door was fitted to report fault.. nothing happened. Rang and spoke to Sales Manager ... week had passed. Still waiting for issue to be sorted, not what was expected from a supposed good company.Could have gone to a one man company for the lack of customer service we have experienced. Not happy customer
