I have had a conservatory built, promised that I wouldn’t be disappointed, hmm well 21000 for a 3x2.5 meter, I got the conservatory because I had no steps to get outside and I still have no steps outside and I needed the conservatory so my dad would be able to live downstairs as he is 87, the guy who gave the quote said they didn’t put a path round however if I asked they would dig it wider so I could put my own slabs down, so when the builder arrived, they came with a digger to dig the foundations I asked him can u dig extra so I can get paving slabs down he said yeah, however he must have thought I was thick or they just couldn’t be bothered to dig it out as you can see from the pics there is no digging done, it would have cost them nothing to do it, so it is going to cost me now to get a digger to dig it out, it would have taken them 10 minutes if that, I would have given them 20 quid, the steps well I still can’t get in and out of the back French doors because I am disabled and my dad is 87 and it’s just to high I was told whoever puts the path in has to put the steps in, that’s not what we where lead to believe even their pictures online have steps, I was asked what colour plugs and dimmer I wanted I said silver, my whole house is silver except.the conservatory which they put in white so that’s now another expense I have to change, everything is cheap rubbish, I asked them if they could put a radiator in, I asked for a long designer flat radiator grey in colour, they said when they got to my house oh we have been trying to tell you that we can’t get a radiator to fit a 2.5 ft wall or 3ft wall, it was a load of bull I had nobody ring me, they had not bothered buying one so they just said it wouldn’t fit so I felt pressured into getting a cheap yellow thing which is to small and looks a mess and has to be changed, they were here an hour including going to get a radiator I got two hundred pounds out to pay, I said how much they said you have to pay Norton windows my dad said oh no they are going to rob you here I said don’t be silly oh well they certainly did that they took my eyes out and came back for the sockets, when the guy came for me to pay I said how much was the plumber and he said 690 pound I think they are highwaymen robbing the poor, the radiator and maybe two meters of pipe costing about 70 quid, so they charged 620 pound an hour I could have had the prime minister at my house for a full day, I don’t know how they dare ask for it, 4 times more than any other company they defo found a mug, no wonder they didn’t say how much it was before they came as I wouldn’t have had them in my home, in fact I could have had gold pipes fitted, I will be reporting them to the fsa, they put me a new door handle on the front door, they said we could have it for free, 23 thousand pounds I have given them they are all heart, where the skimmer left off so they could get the pipe laid there is a 4 to five inch gap, I said so what happens with that he said well you will have to get the bloke who is tiling your floor to raise the floor to the wall and put skirting boards on, he is a tiler I didn’t know he does Norton windows jobs (being sarcastic) so if you want a finished job you have to do it yourself, get enhance conservatory and make sure they do the full job and put you a path round must be just me I never get a good job, everything I complained about the guy he shot you down and said we can get someone in for you to do it however you have to pay ten times more than anyone else, he must think I am rich.I am getting a passage door put on as well, probably have to fit it myself 1400 for a bottom range.
