I placed an order for multiple items before Christmas, but they never arrived. After requesting a refund, my items were suddenly in transit on January 7th. Despite multiple emails asking for cancellation and a refund, I received no replies. As the recipient, I cannot cancel the order, leaving me with unwanted food and a bill for returns. I will not shop here again due to the lack of customer service.
