Update: after about two weeks of silence I now got a refund for the missing goods - thus updating the rating to three points.This shop can be summarised with two words: expensive and dishonest.We ordered a larger package of food including four pieces of chocolate. The whole order was quite expensive (which was to be expected), shipping costs have also been far away from being cheap (which was somewhat surprising).But the biggest surprise was on arrival: although we have paid price and customs for all goods, one chocolate was missing. First rude answer from the shop was a question assuming I'm too stupid to count until four. Next answer from shop was about some pictures of the package to make a claim at DHL (five days later a picture from the closed package!). But the major point is: the package was not damaged and not opened by customs, so the goods have not been lost during transport and DHL is obviously not responsible.Third answer from the shop was: nothing. So I paid a lot more for things I never got and the Norwegian Foodstore is absolutely not interested in this.
