I ordered a 30-piece Grade A/B reseller box, but only 21 items arrived, and over half were in unacceptable condition — stained, with holes, or broken zips. This was completely inconsistent with a Grade A/B description. Only one or two pieces were actually wearable.Communication throughout has been extremely poor. I regularly waited days for a response. When they eventually replied, they offered a refund for just five items, which I declined given the overall condition of the order and the fact that nearly the entire box was unsellable.After further delays, I was told they believed the wrong box had been sent and that they would update me later that day with next steps — I heard nothing. Instead, the next morning I received an email with a return label and was told UPS would be collecting the items that same day. The courier arrived 20 minutes later, giving me no reasonable time to re-package everything, print the label (I don’t own a printer), or prepare the return — especially as I have a baby at home.The company was already aware that I had washed the items in an attempt to remove stains, meaning they were no longer in the original packaging. After explaining that I couldn’t return the items that day but could do so the following day, I have once again received no response.At this point, I still don’t know whether I will receive a refund or the correct box. The lack of communication, organisation, and customer service has been extremely frustrating. Proceed with caution.
