I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. Ordered a mixed 100kg bale, which contained over 80% grade C or above. None of the clothing is wearable due to rips, bleach marks, mould or broken zips/fastenings. Won’t refund and now completely stopped all communication. Tried to offer a 30% discount, which is completely unacceptable based on the majority of the stock not being wearable.
