To start off, the customer service is outstanding. I made an incorrect order, and instead of canceling it, they kindly switched the product at no extra cost. Regarding the numbing cream, I’ve tried several brands, most recently one that claimed to be more effective. It did numb the surface until the needle broke the skin, after which I lost the numbness. However, something interesting happened that I hadn’t experienced with other creams; I felt the initial needle contact but then the pain subsided. There was no lingering discomfort that made me question my appointment. It didn’t completely numb my back but significantly reduced the pain, especially considering the sensitive areas. My tattoo artist even complimented my ability to sit through the session. Plus, I felt no pain afterward, providing extra relief post-tattoo. Overall, I’m pleased with this cream and believe it performs better in specific scenarios, like larger pieces. I prefer to have reduced pain throughout rather than being fully numb only to suddenly feel everything. Great product and I appreciate the team's support with my order.
