This is my fourth order, and I used to really appreciate the service. However, my recent experiences have been far from professional. With my last order, I waited nearly 10 days for it to ship, and it only got sent out after I inquired about it. The response I received was lacking in accountability, with little apology and a suggestion that I wasn't able to read the tracking information correctly. It's frustrating when the issue lies with them, not me. Now, for this fourth order, which was actually a gift from my partner, it's been 14 days, and it just shipped today. I sent a polite email asking about the shipping status but received no reply. Interestingly, my order shipped shortly after my inquiry, which raises questions about the timing. Regarding the tracking, I tried to access it on my computer but was prompted to download an app instead. It's inconvenient and feels predatory to force customers into that. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation, and it feels very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Overall, while the notebooks are nice, they are overpriced for the service provided. I believe the company needs to reconsider their approach and stop prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. I will be looking to spend my money elsewhere in the future.
