1. On a positive note, the customer service replied to my email within five days. 2. I initially purchased one fragrance and later exchanged it for another. I had to return the first fragrance, as it made me feel quite unwell. The second fragrance had an unpleasant smell that resembled an air freshener rather than a genuine perfume. It was so overpowering that I had to remove my jacket and apply a different scent. This is simply my personal experience with these two fragrances.
