The entire premise of 'notewortyscents' is quite a lovely idea. It is very frustrating to find a scent you love only to find the company decides to discontinue the product. The idea that you can take a personality quiz and that somehow such a quiz could push you towards some particular scent or group of scents is also an interesting idea...if it really worked in practice. It doesn't.I ordered their "sampler" of 4 scents and completed the quiz pretending to be my husband...because I know him pretty well, right? He didn't like any of the scents a lot, but 2 of them were in the ballpark. So then we made a new account and my husband actually took the test again himself. His answers were actually a bit different. So in both sample kits that we received they were exactly the same with one scent different in each. Noteworthy says they base their selections on your quiz answers and then throw in a wild card. Each quiz produced the exact same box despite the lack of similarity in the answers.I emailed the customer service contact to complain about the results, and our dissatisfaction and got no response at all.I find it very interesting that there are NO google reviews available on this company/product. I should have paid attention to this before sinking $50 into samples. I have tried to leave a google review for them but there is not a mechanism for that.If you were lucky enough to do this process with Noteworthy and find a scent you liked, this would be a great experience. But this process is not scientific or accurate and their promises of good customer service are entirely lacking. I would not encourage anyone reading this to waste their time or money. You're better off going into a store and working with someone who knows their scents.
