Customer support are NOW after ordering at 5pm roughly on 24/11 and trying to cancel before lunchtime on 25/11 less than 24 hours after accidentally placing the order. 13 days later they try and offer assistance? From Canada , after contacting support and being given totally incorrect information? Tracing now says in transit so no hope now of this being cancel if this Canadian company with Chinese distributors can’t cancel within 24 hours of an order why am I supposed to believe they can now after 13 days? This company is not transparent about its location nor distributions, shockingly BAD customer service.
