The customer service and whole experience of ordering was second to none. However, I bought their Hunter Jack toy in Hard Firmness, and to my dismay it's virtually useless: very floppy, squishy and flaccid. I contacted Nothosaur to double-check I had the correct firmness, which they said I did. I then asked if this firmness would be the same for a couple other toys I was considering, and they assured me there would be minimal difference. This was super disappointing, as I was really keen to buy some of their other toys, but given how flaccid, soft and squishy this one was (and at the hardest firmness), I wouldn't buy from them again. That said, the customer service was superb: they always replied quickly and professionally to all of my queries, and the item came expertly packaged. Just a shame the product is useless! If you like firm toys that aren't super floppy and spongy, I'd look elsewhere. I would've left a review on their website, but that part doesn't seem to be working properly. 5 star rating for the company, 2 star rating for the toy.
