I have purchased items from Nothosaur twice, and both instances have been extremely positive. My first purchase came without problem, it was a pre-made product and was delivered to me within the scope of time given on the website.My second purchase took longer because of personal modifications, weeks passed by and I wondered how long it would take. I sent a message and got a quick response explaining the reasons, and shorty after the product was sent. When it came into my possession, the look sadly did not reflect the description on the website (colors were not as described, the top-color which according to the description would be less noticable, covered majority of the product), and I found a minor chip at the base.I messaged Nothosaur support with pictures and once again got a quick response, apologizing and, without any problems, or demands from me, said they would make me a new, corrected, item.Quality and look of the Nothosaur toys I have are wonderful, it is clear that this company cares about its customers and will make sure nobody is unhappy. Im so happy to have such a positive experience in regards to the product not coming as described, and want to once again note that Nothosaur themselves made the decision to send a new product. With how many companies nowadays try to avoid fixing mishaps, forcing customers to fight tooth and nail, Nothosaur is a breath of fresh air and definitely a company deserving of trust and praise.I would, and wil, purchase from nothosaur again, and highly suggest it, especially for my fellow European customers.
