Recieved a damaged package product - the shampoo bottle was leaking. Because the shampoo container was with the pump, that means it must have been opened (and then closed again) by someone already before it was packed and shipped out. This means the product package was already damaged before shipping my order. A defective products (that incl. damaged packaging) may only be sold at a discounted price. Because I had paid the full price for this product I contacted Notinos customer service about the issue, and they offered to me a 4€ discount FROM MY NEXT ORDER (the shipping even costs more than that). I cannot help it, but I'm bit dissapointed.
