In my opinion.He initially called me and enquired about my job (post removal from an alfresco area) and walked me through what he is all about.He was extremely patient with me and kept in touch following multiple re-visits with the structural engineer to get the right plans. In the end Brad provided me with a cost effective solution to my needs and handled all the technical aspects with the engineer on my behalf. This resulted in a cost effective solution to my project. On the job site - he was extremely polite, courteous and approachable at all times. He turned up when he said he would (on time) and cleaned up once he was done.I’m extremely pleased with the work Brad has completed for me. I couldn’t recommend him higher.
