I ordered the product on feb 14th. I wrote a letter asking how long will it take on the 25th. On the 26th I recieved an e mail stating, due to the coronavirus the product will be delayed another week. The product is shipped from china. I asked to cancel the product and wish not to have the product at this time due to the serious virus. I mailed 5 times, and the onlybrespond I recieved on the 29th is that they will still ship my product. And on mar 3rd I received another mail stating that it has been shipped from china. Very disappointed, not respecting the customers wishes and ignoring our concern.
