I have had a similar experience to Sharon's review below. I've ordered the Nourisbelle 5 in 1 Skin tightening device, used it about 3 to 4 times and all of a sudden it is not coming on at all anymore. Tried charging it again, nothing happens. I have specifically used the device as per the owner's manual instructions so the problem is not from my side. I have queried this a few times to both the "contact us" section on their website as well as per e-mails to the "support@nourishbelle" address but no response at all. I am very disappointed as this is a brand new product I have paid for and I do not get aftersales service.
