Placed my order(on 5th May) while their warehouse was moving. Regarding this matter, before ordering I checked the delivery delays stated as « we will ship normally from 6th may ». On 9th May I got an email notification that my order will he shipped FROM 16th May!!!! Then I again checked their website: now their delays changed to « Please note: We're currently transitioning into a new warehouse so there will be a delay in dispatching orders placed between Thursday 28th April and Wednesday 11th May. You should expect to receive your tracking details from Wednesday 11th May onwards »I wrote them back to ask why the delivery delay changed 3 times!! 4(!!)days later they replied without any concrete answer or an apology. They never replied on my multiple ongoing inquiries by email or via website contact form. Of course my order wasn’t shipped on 16th!! Just received a quick notification on 19th May that they «CREATED A SHIPPING LABEL»!!! Meanwhile, no reply or physical shipping are made. Today is 20th May. Complete disrespect to the client!! Dishonest, irresponsible and not cooperative and ignorant customer service. Worst experience I ever had!2 weeks+ of shipping delay!!!! Hope it will be shipped one day. Please state it. Be honest! Extremely bad customer support. From 6th MayFrom 11th MayFrom 16th MayNow from 23rd May... maybe... as no reply received in one week!To be continued. . .Update. Previously received an e-mail that shipping is expected from the 26th of MayHowever, I got a notification about "shipping" from the 19th of May at 6:51am. Since that shipping is in "processing" status as the AusPost didn't physically receive the package.But guess what? Nourished Life opened an inquiry(AusPost) on my behalf to investigate this issue(why they didn't dare to dispatch the order). A JOKE. In ONE week I've never not been contacted for any update. Soon I'm going to "celebrate" 1 month of waiting.They might be thinking to rename the company to "POURISHED LIFE".14th of June. No news.. no money, no contact, no products. “Silent treatment”. I even discovered that my order is not even shown in the “order history”. But I have received an email confirmation and the PayPal invoice. !!!!Don’t place any order with them.Not professional and disrespectful approach towards its clients.29th of JuneNo products, no money, no contact. Just took the money and disappeared. Is it legal?! No reply to multiple inquiries with demand of a refund. •••Escalate to your payment method agent to get back the money.
