My order arrived on time with 3 items missing. In their place were 3 cards noting this. That was 3 weeks ago. There was no automatic refund nor was there any response to the 3 or 4 emails I sent enquiring about my refund. This is dishonest. This is thievery. All good with this company until they cannot supply some items; then they seem to assume your money is theirs. All the while flooding my inbox with spam but incapable of a response.
