After seeing several ads for Novahaircanada, I decided to give them a try. I will say that the customer service, from Sandra S specifically was spot on. Perfect. Put me right at ease when the product was stuck in limbo during the Canadian postal strike. She gave me options and put me at ease. The product itself is great! It takes care of my grey issues, in my beard as well. I do recommend wearing gloves all the time as the product will stain your hands. Covers the great wonderfully and with ease. I also reached out to Sandra with my issue that the 'black' was too dark and she again gave me options and made it right. Now I am going to try mixing the 'dark brown' with 'black' and that should get it right at my natural colour. I wholeheartedly recommend this product. Just make sure you buy the actual product, not the knock-off version (cheaper/amazon). You get what you pay for.
