Very disappointed – Paid but only received a third of what I was promisedI have been a NovaKid subscriber for over two months, and during this time, I was only able to benefit from about one-third of my paid subscription due to repeated automatic class cancellations that were not my fault.I did not cancel a single class myself, and yet, most of the classes were canceled by the system without explanation. I contacted support and asked for a fair compensation or refund, but was refused without proper justification.This experience has been very frustrating. I trusted NovaKid with my child’s education, but I feel deeply let down. I still hope the team can reconsider my case and resolve it fairly.I am happy to update this review if the issue is resolved, but for now, I cannot recommend NovaKid to others.
