This page is a scam. I ordered a few items for my friends birthday, my partner has also ordered on the same day.We have both not received the orders, placed nearly 3 weeks ago. August 5th.Emailed customer service who have “passed the issue over” however I still haven’t had a reply from that team. Tracking information is sparse and hasn’t updated for 2 weeks.I would avoid this company. They look like an official jewellery shop however I believe they’re scammers. Haven’t had my money back as of yet. I will be escalating with my bank.
