Still waiting for deposit 6 months after stay & being ghosted by Novasol! Background: We booked a Novasol place in July and have still not received the deposit back of €135. It is super difficult to get through to a real person and the chat is not helpful in this situation. When I finally get through to a real person, the standard response is that they will follow up but no one ever comes back. We eventually got angry with a person and he finally opened a claim in the beginning of December. They asked for the further information, which was provided straight away, and then there has been radio silence. I have followed up 2 times to the claims department and no response. I am starting to think Novasol is a scam, and they steal money by waiting until people give up trying to get their money back because it is too difficult.Response to Novasol:Jonas left a message yesterday and gave me an email address from where we stayed and told me I needed to write to the place and ask for a refund. I emailed them yesterday with the details that Jonas ask me to provide. I’m still waiting for a response or an acknowledgement. I received a phone message today saying that I’d be sent email with information. I have not received an email so I tried calling the number back (in between meetings) and went through all the options only to be hung up on the automated system. And having a super busy day, I didn’t have time to try again. Can you please check the email address and ensure you’ve sent it to the right place because I’m in the dark about what I’m expected to do next
