The stay was nice, house was nice, holidays were nice and everybody was happy, until I received a super aggressive letter from Intrum telling me that I did not pay cleaning fees.The fact is that all settlements to pay the rent were automatic, so when I received an email (in Danish, language that I don't read), mentioning cleaning fees, I said to myself "fair enough, I was aware about cleaning fees, they will take the amount on my card". But in fact a proper payment was needed from my side. Of course when I received the letter from Intrum I paid immediately and inform them but 2 weeks later I receive a second letter from Intrum for the same invoice (with higher fees of course). That's unacceptable, especially when you don't have a clear communication.
