We rented a holiday house for 1 week in Sweden. Upon arrival the toilet wasn't functioning and the hot water from all taps was dark brown. The Novasol service was completely unhelpful on the phone and just told us, that the owner need to fix it. We had to manually flush the toilet until the toilet and the hot water were finally fixed after more than two days. We claimed compensation. After more than 2 months Novasol got back to us, refunding less than 3 % of the payed rent. No immediate help in case of crucial facilities not working and afterwards not even properly compensating the customers!
