Don’t use this company. Still awaiting a refund two months after agreeing compensation because the property was not up to standard. The house was filthy - with food left on the counter top, a bathroom we couldn’t use because it was so dirty and lots of dead flies and cobwebs. This is despite paying a compulsory €200+ cleaning fee as well as an extra cost for bedding and towels.For a rental of about €2,500 I would expect this to be included.The third bedroom was like a cave - extremely dark with a door to the garage and another to a junk room going off it - the pictures on the website are completely inaccurate and could only have been photographed with studio lighting to make it as bright as it was.We had no electricity for the first 15 hours and spent all morning sorting it out with no one answering calls at the France office as they were closed for the weekend (when I imagine a lot of people want to arrive). We were told we had to be booked in by concierge so couldn’t arrive late so we booked an hotel room for the first night. We were rung by concierge that evening to say that they didn’t have time to check us in the the next day and had left the key out for us - so we wasted a nights accommodation.We agreed a sum for compensation which has still not been paid in full despite numerous emails. Certain descriptions and photos of the house on the website do not accurately represent the house. The fair review we left which pointed out the positive as well as negative aspects was taken down after a few weeks so no one can have an accurate review of the house. It seems that the house has no reviews at all so I am assuming they take down anything negative.
