I thought our sauna-ofen in our holidayhome was not working. We went to the novosol-office in gilleleje and asked for help. The woman there was very helpful and said she would see to it as soon as possible.The next day, a technican (Kim) came to our house and checked the sauna-ofen. After calling the owner, he told to me that I just used the two controller not correctly.Afterwards, he instructed me how to use the both controller to heat up the sauna directly.I'm very happy that we are able to use the sauna as well.
