I played the REEL in the new year playtech leadorboard and obviously spent alot of money in hope of climbing the leadorboard to get a prize. Very upset as its been a week now I gained positive 107 and was meant to be given 20 euro. I still have not received my winnings. I have sent in numerous complaints and I have just been ignored. This casino just takes your money with lies about promotions. Very angry customer.
