So basically, I was depositing using bank transfers on revolut using the Novibet app, then instead of actually depositing using the deposit option on the app I sent the money directly from my revolut to the same Iban I had been depositing to. I ended up never receiving the money so I was in a dispute with the help team who at first claimed the money was being returned to my bank, now are claiming I’ve received the money and used it on the app even though I’ve provided loads of proof that this was not the case, to now being flat out ignored by the live help chat and by email as they keep saying “issue has been resolved”. They won’t confirm how much I’ve deposited to the account as I’ve provided proof that I’ve sent 100 more than I’ve received in my account and also when I ask for chat history for more proof they keep closing the live chat. Just a heads up to be very careful using this site as there extremely quick to take your money but very slow to send it back, also the deposit that is missing is the only one on my revolut without a reference but revolut has confirmed that it was sent so I’d imagine it’s just lost in novibets banking system.
