I sent 4 emails and left a voicemail and never received a response. I bought a carved box from them off Amazon. The box was okay, decent looking but overpriced in my opinion as it was almost $200. it came with a little key. I lost the key when I moved and reached out to see if I could buy a replacement key off them and never heard back. Again, 4 emails! Our current response time is typically within 2 business days.Over the course of 6 weeks. I sent follow up emails and even called and left a voicemail. I never got any sort of response.Shameful customer service to never respond after so many attempts. Avoid.UPDATED TO 1 STAR. The person who responded said to email them yet again and claimed he would personally take care of my request.Well, he didn't. No response... again.Very disrespectful company.
