There was excellent communication all thru the shipping process. I received regular updates on when I could expect to receive the 2 sweaters I ordered.Also, the quality of the sweaters was superb. Attention was paid to every detail in the manufacture of each sweater. They are expensive, but I have a feeling that I'll have these sweaters for many years.
