Last Sunday I ordered a ring through this website, but I accidentally chose the wrong size. I immediately tried to cancel / change my order, leaving Novica with multiple emails and numerous attempts to reach them by phone. None of my e-mails have been replied to, and I also haven't had a call back. The ring is now shipped, and upon reading these other reviews, it is probably going to take a long time for me to get the right size. Already unhappy with the customer service of this company, and I really hope my problem will be resolved quickly.
