Much like other reviews, NOVICA lied to prevent cancelation of my order, I put in an order and requested a cancellation on a Saturday, they waited until Tuesday after shipping the item to tell me that they could not refund the item since it was already shipped. Absolute garbage and they know it. This has been reported as an issue previously and just know that it is continuing to be systemic in the company. Do not trust them.
