BLUF: Lied about dispatching my item to keep the money. Essentially I ordered one too many of an expensive item- baby brain and and obvious mistake but I contacted both the customer service and paypal service minutes later to ask them to correct my order. The next morning I got an email saying it was too late to refund as the item had “already been dispatched”. In the late afternoon I received another email with tracking information clearly showing that the item had not been dispatched when the customer service responded.So they lied. I assume because they were either too lazy to check and didn’t want to help; or they wanted to keep the money. Either way I won’t be using them again as they are obviously untrustworthy.
