I ordered a pair of Scooby-Doo crocs off the website back on October 27, 2025. Order # NVSR2908. I’ve reached out several times via email. The company is always extremely slow to respond and when they do, they always come up with an excuse about tariffs. I have ordered from other companies that also are overseas and have received the items in a timely fashion. I am requesting to please get a refund if I can dealing with the company is absolutely horrible. Whoever is responding to my emails has to be the same person because they give the same response. Very bad and poor customer service skills just a nightmare to work with if I can get my money back, I would definitely like to do so.
