This is an awful company. My request for a small credit was turned down after missing one payment several years ago which was due to the sudden passing of my mother. They have declined my recent application by gaving a decision within a few seconds without investigating my financial circumstances. At the end of the day, It's your loss Novuna as there are better more reputable places where I have been accepted.
