Nathaly was great to work with on ordering our new Kia Telluride SXP. From that point she kept in contact once a week with updates on delivery status. There were no surprises. The paperwork signing process involving Maverick went smoothly. Delivery of the Telluride was on time (arrived Nov. 15), the temp. tag was in the glove box so it won't get stolen and the Telluride arrived in perfect condition! Also, it was a very nice surprise to have a full tank of fuel - thank you! I have purchased and sold many cars over the years and this was the first time purchasing a vehicle strictly online.
