I was really excited to try this service to acquire a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Basically this automall in FL works with a network of dealers throughout the USA. For Nissan it seems to be John Sisson Nissan in PA.After you place the order on their website they will attempt to locate a vehicle that meets your specifications and is already in transit. If that is not possible they will offer to order the vehicle for you, when slots with the manufacturer open up. At that point expect 60-90 days for vehicle to be manufactured, shipped to dealer, and shipped to you.Communication can be somewhat slow (maybe 1 email a day even if you respond right away). Since Nowcar is somewhat of a middleman, the process seems to move along slow. In the meantime 1 vehicle that was in transit was already sold. They found a comparable alternative which I placed a deposit on. On 10/31 they had already ran my credit, gave me financing options, etc. They also told me I qualified for NMAC 0.9% financing. After I placed a deposit on this vehicle, 5 days later they come back and say NMAC couldn't approve the financing, and they'll be refunding the deposit. Didn't give an option for financing with another lender.I started the process back on 10/31 and gave up 11/16, feeling like half a month was wasted. I'm sure the service works great for some. Don't expect the process to move quickly, like order today, place deposit today, sign papers by end of the week....things move slowly.Now I'm back to square 1 albeit with several new hard inquiries in my credit file from all the lenders they had run my credit.Pricing was ok. On each vehicle they offered me a price slightly above MSRP but that did include delivery. No doc, or other outrageous dealer fees such as vin etching, karr, nitrogen fill, etc are added.
