Terrible experience speaking to Kevin Recco and Jessica Olsen. I first got an email from Jessica about a 40% off discount and later found out it only applies to Regency. It also felt they are trying to push Regency and take other providers out of the mix which is always a red flag.Kevin was then introduced to the email thread and after several back and forth he simply stopped responding. Completely unprofessional and can't imagine the post sales experience if this is what happens before you're even a customer!
