Agent mentioned that I am eligible to top up my account, so I applied for a top up of 6K AUD, with a repayment of 46 dollars per week. I never missed any repayments with them, not even once,always on time. And for sure they can check my financial capacity and bank statements and payslips, that I can afford the repayments of extra 46 dollar per week, common. But instead they said that I didn't reach their criteria, I called them and in return they told me that they just goingto call me back but never heard a single call from them. How can I have financial hardship if I always pay on time? Far out. My application was approved by other lenders.Hi Denise I declared all my bank accounts and for sure I will be able to do those repayments . Just so you know I haven't receive any letter of criteria why my application has been denied.
