i did phone call after loan application been declined, i asked why been declined aslo asked if possible to have look one more time before make final decision, because definitely something quite not right, i wouldn't take loan if were in bad position financially,but staff in phone doesn't care, answering just like robot, keeping saying this is already final decision, i asked transfer me to higher team, then she did, another rude lady on the phone, there is no way they truly listen to you, i applied through latitude, got my personal rate, even lower then now finance, loan got approved, please go with bigger company or go with bank !!!!
